About the role

The Azure AD Service Manager ensures that our Azure AD is secured, well maintained and managed accordingly with our partners' contractual agreements as well as in line with our internal security and group policies.

What you’ll be doing
  • Ensure Azure AD escalations are processed technically by the service provider supporting them where possible.
  • Work with the service owner to ensure that policies and standards are adhered.
  • Ensure effective controls are in place to access and manage the environment.
  • Ensure the readiness of our infrastructure to work with cloud workloads.
  • Ensure service is appropriately remediated against known vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure that the anti-malware solutions run effectively on our server estate.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of our servers in the Privilege Access Management tool.
  • Ensure compliance with our partner contractual agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with our internal security and group policies.
  • Measure and challenge the accuracy of server records in CMDB against other sources of information.
  • Work with local teams and projects to ensure that service consumption is right-sized.
  • Participates in the operational governance meetings with our key suppliers.
  • Establish and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Monitors and controls SLAs/KPIs performance against service contracts.
About you
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT system engineering role in an IAM/Active Directory/Azure AD area Strong Technology and IT Infrastructure background.
  • Good understanding of large organizations, business processes and corporate culture working across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in working within a Global company.
  • Experience in managing/working with outsourcing partners.
  • University degree in Information Systems subject or any comparable education.
  • Project Management education and experience.
  • ITIL v3 certified.
  • Occasional traveling up to 20%.
