We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultant to be based in Sydney. You will manage all client engagement activities to identify and grow clients in order to expand business and identify opportunity for new and existing accounts. You will lead negotiations with clients and ensure effective relationships are in place at all levels.

About the Role

• Change Customer Experience: Builds trusted partner status, customer loyalty and brand position through changing the customer’s experience
• Leverage existing client relationships
• Ensure industry focused and specialized account plans are in place in order to leverage and/or build on service offerings and capabilities
• Manages delivery risks and intervenes where required
• Final selection and placement of associates
• Ongoing management of associates once placed to ensure a positive experience. This includes managing queries relating to payroll, timesheets etc
• Drive team sales growth that builds a profitable and sustainable business in both revenue and gross margin
• Ensure budgets and financial targets are met through the development of new business, cultivation of existing business and leveraging off our specialty areas, national and global footprint and our Group brands
• Work with other team members across verticals and states to ensure maximum growth potential
• Research and analyze current market trends and growth in your region/area to ensure sophisticated knowledge of existing market conditions

About You

• Experience in recruitment is required.
• You are an energetic individual, who are looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
• You have strong relationship building skills, and can prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
