Scope of the Role

Senior BA role is to analyze information inside and outside the company, to structure it, make it more reliable, and adapt it to changes in the group and its market. As an information flow and business expert, you position yourself as the interface between the company's functional/operational departments and IT BI teams. As a result, you provide, through reporting and/or structured analyzes, the information necessary for operational and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide, through reporting and/or structured analyzes you have created or updated, the key information for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Structure internal and external data through manual collection before making it available in our systems.
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of statistical and financial data through controls.
  • Participate in the design of the Dashboards needed for the deployment and monitoring of the company's strategic orientations, or operational priorities.
  • Develop data visualizations in the BI tools and support the operational teams in the use of these functionalities.
  • Communicate and train the user community to new BI tools and reports, ensure the end-user support for the reports you deliver.
  • Work collaboratively, with IT BI teams and functional departments to support business projects as a reporting expert (acceptance tests, format & design checks, data quality)
  • Participate in strategic and development thinking of the company through cross-functional analyzes combining financial and non-financial, internal and/or external indicators.
  • Other duties and responsibilities relevant to the job and assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis/business consulting/finance reporting function
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/SUMIF/MATCH, etc.), Pivot tables
  • Analysis/Reporting skills - complex analysis; finance/business performance analysis
  • Mass Data management
  • DataViz (BI tools: Power BI / MicroStrategy, etc.)
  • Project management experience
  • Equivalent Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • Fluent English language
