In this role you will partner closely with our market segment leaders to enhance new business, scale regional teams and deliver sustainable, profitable growth to Adecco.

Key Accountabilities:
• Create an engaged and high performing team with clearly defined performance metrics, focused on growth, entrepreneurship and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in focused growth activities with a view to developing opportunities, increasing market share and strengthening brand position with customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in all areas, customer, candidates and colleagues.
• Conducting regular business planning and reporting activities.
• Meeting all budgets and ensuring knowledge and control of P&L.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
• Ensure that service delivery is of the highest standard for clients and candidates.
• Develop proposals for new clients as required, including contribution to support National Sales opportunities.
• Support the requirements of existing clients providing pricing and service information as required.
• Develop, present and deliver recruitment methodologies that are tailored to client’s needs and are delivered in accordance with all compliance requirements and SOP process by Adecco.
• Actively work to grow existing clients using a variety of means.
• Ensure the Staffing team comply with all operational requests of the business as directed.
• Prepare, participate and present in operations reviews to peers and above on a regular basis.

Key Outcomes:
• Forecast all business measures for the branch network for budgeting purposes.
• Actively monitor personnel costs and reduce cost to serve.
• Individual Sales Target is met.
• Team target and budget are met.
• Ensure all KPI’s are met, reviewed and improved as necessary.
• Ensure necessary profitability targets are met.
• Monthly updates regarding pipeline.
• Ensure all team members are given timely feedback, 1-on-1s.
• Identify, attract and nurture both industry leading talent and new-to-industry talent, focusing on induction, onboarding, training and ongoing learning.
• Monitor ongoing capability across teams, ensuring demonstration of desired competence.
• Conduct regular Meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• 100% compliance with all The Adecco Group Policies and Procedures and Standards always (for self & team).
• Ensure 100% completion of local and global Mandatory Training.
• Ensure that all WH&S procedures are being always carried out.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Considerable and demonstrated experience in a sales capacity including experience in the development and implementation of solution-based sales in a competitive environment (eg: strategic selling and successful/profitable sales techniques and strategies).
• Sound knowledge of Staffing, Recruiting and Consultancy processes and procedures in Staffing/Branch Network.
• Effective leadership skills and previous experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry, coupled with a work history of performing/undertaking recruitment activities.
• Relationship development skills and experience in dealing with the senior management of client organizations.
• Researching, planning and forecasting market trends, and applying this analyzed data into effective business opportunities.
• Demonstrated strategic capability and Strategic thinking.
• Project management.
