Akkodis, a leading smart technology consultancy group and part of the Adecco Group, is seeking a Solution Expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team. This role involves managing and maintaining corporate IT services across the organization, ensuring technical and security operations are conducted smoothly. You will work closely with other Service Experts and under the leadership of the Service Owner to exploit at least one area of expertise.
What you’ll be doing- Performing service operations from a technical and security standpoint daily.
- Processing incidents and requests within agreed SLAs.
- Conducting daily health checks for the services.
- Proposing ideas and actions to improve the delivered service.
- Providing constructive feedback to management on potential improvements.
- Creating and updating documentation related to IAM, including architecture documents, operational procedures, and compliance controls.
- Implementing solutions as required by technical, security, and business projects.
- Contributing to the I&O catalogue with services in your area(s) of expertise.
- Reporting any operational or security incidents and project delays to the Service Owner and I&O management team.
- Adhering to Akkodis IT processes and ITIL principles related to change and incident management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, particularly in Identity and Access Management (AD, Entra ID, ADFS, DNS, MFA, PKI).
- Advanced knowledge of PowerShell.
- At least 5 years of experience working with IT security and implementing security features.
- A critical mind and a well-structured, organized personality.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to work as part of an international team with diverse cultures and working habits.
- Strong relationship-building skills with team members, other IT/ITS team members, and IT management, enabling effective transversal work.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- The ability to convey technical recommendations in a structured manner to improve service.
- Awareness of ITIL V4 principles and a curiosity about new technologies.
