Scrum Master (Multiple Positions)

Job Description Summary:

Deliver high value software solutions that contribute to the success of technology initiatives in an agile environment. Provide overall guidance for team to adhere to Agile principles and practices.  Engage in sprint team backlog grooming, estimating and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning daily standups, and retrospectives. Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve. Drive quicker delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity. Facilitate team transparency by escalating impediments and share progress through the appropriate channels. Define and manage action items, identifying issues and risks, adjusting scope, and identifying tasks necessary to complete planned work. Plan and coordinate testing environment deployments and application / system integration testing. Reports to company headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI. Roving employee- will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT/IS, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics, or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT/IS, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics, or related field of study and five (5) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained, employer will also accept a Master's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, IT/IS, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics, or related field of study and two (2) years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience in the following: Microsoft SQL Server; Oracle SQL Developer; JIRA; Bugzilla; Unix; Informatica; and Software Development Life Cycle.

Salary offered for the position is: $143,457.60 - $148,457.60/year.

Primary Work Location:

900 N Squirrel Rd, Suite 300, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. Reports to company headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI. Roving employee- will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S.
