You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group providing inhouse services and improving operational & financial excellence. The Total Reward Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Total Reward strategy, governance and compliance in a particular area of specialisation. The role supports consulting services and best-in-class Total Reward solutions to Total Reward Partners, HRBPs and the Business on key Total Reward topics.

Coreresponsibilities:

·Prepare compensation proposals based on benchmarking data in line with compensation framework, established processes and policies and in close collaboration with other Total Reward SMEs

·Support the annual Global Compensation Review

·Prepare Total Reward calculations, packages and proposals within area of specialization

·Support Total Reward SMEs to review, improve and deliver a global job evaluation process in conjunction with a clear grading system

·Propose grades for roles based on job leveling tools provided by selected provider

·Support compensation data submission to selected vendor in order to benefit from access to market data and analyze pay equity

·Select and deliver appropriate benchmarking data to support pay setting

·Support implementation of HR and Total Reward technology

·Support adoption of new technology

·Collect and prepare data for HRLT / Compensation Committee communication / Group reporting

·Perform 4-eye checks on data prepared for HRLT / Compensation Committee communication / Group reporting

·Prepare standard communication to HRLT / Compensation Committee communication / Group reporting

·Support vendor management and tracking budget as it relates to spend on services provided by selected vendors

·Coordinate tasks and special project work to support delivery of services in the area of specialisation

·Manage the Total Reward communication platforms and intranet website content as it relates to the area of specialisation

·Support HR and Total Reward Partners as it relates to the implementation of Total Reward policies and guidelines

·Promote and drive Total Reward best practices across the Company
