About the Role
Has the responsibility of heading the team of account managers . Develop plan ensuring attainment of company sales goals and target. Is consistently involved with current client ensuring resolution to escalations and maintaining positive rapport. This will involve extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers.
Responsibilities
·Client Management
·Handling client escalation related to HR operations of Staff deployed to different clients. Solving Day to day HR issues & resolving it within TAT.
·Plans daily contacts and visits to manage/acquire customers
·Implements business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations and proposals), acquisition visits, retention actions.
·Promotes cross selling and up selling actions.
·Draws up business proposals. Responsible for the right quote.
·Monthly Targets has to be achieved.
·Draws up agreement with client companies
·Contacts the customer for debt recovery
·Market coverage & Cracking competition.
·Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients
Extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers.
Key Relationship
·Internal Employees (Branch Manager/Operations team/ Accounts / Finance / Compliance / Sales / Pricing)
·External Customers (Clients / References / Public and private organisations / Trade associations)
Other Information
·Analyse the costs & Calculate the tariff
·Draw up reports
·Know the regulations regarding Staff leasing
·Know the management and business development tools (Ramp, CRM)
·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to all levels.
·Understanding the concepts of Product tailor making and designing depending on the specific needs of the customers
·Understanding of the decision-making process of the concerned institutions
·Ability to understand product pricing, and translate this understanding into the negotiation strategy
·Ability to develop and nurture contacts/ long term professional relationships
