The objective is to handle payroll processing for clients, meeting them, understanding of the client requirements. This will involve extensive co-ordination with team members, associates, and clients.
·Make sure salaries are transferred on 1st of the month.
·Handling team of Process Executive.
·Client interaction / Retention.
·Developing a pleasing rapport with the client.
·Net Add additions from - Existing Clients.
·Ensuring on boarding activities are completed before rolling out offer letter.
·Conducting open house and help desk for the associates.
·Raising salary invoice to the clients.
·Monitors the process pertaining to verification of invoice payments
·Ensure that team attend to associates query and respond to them
·Prepare MIS on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis.
·Team Retention & motivation
·Regular analysis on the performance of team members and sharing the feedback.
·Responsible for Career Planning and training and development of team members
·Coaching and guiding team members to do their best and sharing feedback at regular intervals
·Mentoring new joinees to ensure a smooth learning curve
