Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Offsite Consultant to support our key account with Amazon during the day shift. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various operational functions, including payroll, attendance, onboarding, and compliance. Your expertise will ensure smooth communication and efficient processes across all allocated sites.

Key Accountabilities
• NDP fill and absence updates in PB
• Absenteeism call management,
• Payroll assignments
• Reporting (DS daily attendance, DS daily rosters, AT+ cleaned and upload done for allsites
• Shift confirmations,
• Planbition timesheet completion
• Inboxes and chats monitored
• Handover document (internal),
• Roster building - all allocated sites,
• Compliance
• Payfile queries
• Roster breakdowns sent out and confirmation to publish received
• New hire onboarding
• PB staff list audit/action
• Amazon salesforce management
• LTA river tickets
• Reactivation tickets
• Unavailability management
• Termination river tickets
• New hire attendance

Key Outcomes
• Manage NDP fill and update absence records in Planbition to maintain accurate attendance data.
• Oversee absenteeism call management to address attendance issues proactively and provide support to associates.
• Facilitate payroll assignments, ensuring accuracy in data entry and compliance with company policies.
• Generate and distribute daily reports including: DS daily attendance, DS daily rosters, AT+ cleaned and uploaded data for all sites, Shift confirmations
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets in Planbition for all associates.
• Monitor inboxes and chat channels to address inquiries and support team members effectively.
• Prepare and maintain an internal handover document to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
• Build and manage rosters for all allocated sites, ensuring optimal staffing levels and compliance with scheduling guidelines.
• Ensure all operations adhere to compliance standards and best practices.
• Address and resolve payfile queries from associates and management in a timely manner.
• Send out roster breakdowns and confirm receipt for publication to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
• Conduct regular audits of the staff list and take necessary actions to maintain accuracy.
• Manage and maintain data within the Amazon Salesforce system to support operational efficiency.
• Handle LTA (Long-Term Absence) river tickets and reaction tickets, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Manage associate unavailability, ensuring accurate records and communication with relevant parties.
• Process termination river tickets in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
• Track and monitor attendance for new hires to ensure compliance with attendance policies.

Qualifications
• Desirable but not essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a consulting HR, or operations role, ideally within a large-scale organization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR systems (Planbition, Salesforce).
