When I joined Office Angels 13 years ago, it was because the culture is visibly service first. We care about our people – candidates, clients and colleagues – and this ethos has stood us in great stead for over 30 years. When I first joined as a Branch Administrator, I never could have imagined how far the brand, or my career would have come, nor how it has grown and evolved over that time. I absolutely love working for Office Angels and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. To have the privilege to lead such a prestige organisation with so many inspiring people is what I love most about my job. Companies spend years trying to make a culture but in Office Angels it’s just there. Everyone genuinely wants to do well and wants each other to succeed. To me, that is a very special feeling - if I could bottle it, I would! And I firmly believe that is down to the people that work here - from our much-loved Candidate Consultants, to our amazing and driven Consultants to our inspirational Branch Managers, right to the very top with our dedicated Operations Managers.
Our people are the heart and soul of our business, and it's important to me that they feel inspired every day, given the best training and tools to be successful, motivated to be the best they can be, and most importantly, that they feel empowered to use their voice to shape our future brand to continually be the best it can be.
