- To plan, design, execute sourcing strategy for Manpower Hiring Projects.
- To create commercial and non-commercial sourcing channels in Eastern and North Eastern India with the aim of mobilizing candidates for clients in Rest of India.
- To plan, design, execute sourcing of Overseas Healthcare Workers (Nurses) from West Bengal and North East states.
- To lead, supervise and mentor team of recruiters for sourcing alternate channel candidates and Health care workers for international mobilization.
Required Experience/Characteristics
- 3 – 5 years of experience in staffing industry.
- Recruitment/sourcing experience is mandatory.
- Good communication skills is required, both written and verbal.
- Planning skills and presentation skills are essential for this role.
