About the role

The Senior Data Analytics Business Partner role leads financial reports on PowerBI, and ensures the data is reported accurately and on a timely basis. This role will report within the Adecco Finance FP&A organization, and will collaborate closely with the RACE team to ensure alignment on data source, and to migrate existing reports to PowerBI. The initial goal will be to improve existing dashboards based on leadership and other users’ needs. On top of ensuring data accuracy, this role will maintain an up-to-date user database, improve the design and UX of our reports, and work alongside our Commercial & Business partners to develop new reports based on reported insights.

What you’ll be doing

PowerBI reports setup & validation

  • Validate all figures before publication
  • Maintain reports library up-to-date by topic with all listed reports available to stakeholders for easy access
  • Perform impact analysis from expected changes (e.g. regional hierarchy changes, formula changes etc) on all reports and assure changes are applied accordingly
  • Train users / support with detailed communication instructions to accelerate change management
  • Review list of reports available and validate with stakeholders / reports owners potential discontinuation / adjustments
  • Manage user base: perform quarterly review of access rights together with the RACE team to assure proper access depending on role in the organization
  • Assess together with the RACE team potential reports that could be extended to other GBUs
  • Alignment with Sales Dashboards

Migration of existing reports to PowerBI

  • Create initial reports
  • Manage and coordinate migration of reports to the RACE BI team
  • Validate all figures before Go-Live
  • Consider different types of reports: (information to stakeholders, internal analysis support, regional views)

Business/Commercial insights & support

  • Assess available data/insights for Global Businesses
  • Quarterly alignment on Global Businesses metrics
About you
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • University Degree in Accounting / Business / Finance / Science
  • Experience in Financial Reporting & Financial Analysis
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong knowledge of PowerBI
  • Language: fluent professional English (written & spoken)
  • Experience with multinational, matrix organizations
